Lacey Location only. Technique based on monthly position. A high-level class for blue belts and above, focusing on advanced technique, strategy, timing, and live application. Expect deeper concepts, complex sequences, and challenging sparring.
A no-gi class open to all experience levels, focused on movement, grips, body control, and effective submission systems without the kimono
Lacey location only. Designed for blue belt and up, this no-gi class emphasizes advanced strategy, chain attacks, leg entanglements, and competition-paced drilling
Lacey location only. Designed for active competitors, this class emphasizes pace, pressure, scoring strategy, and competition-specific scenarios.
Our women’s only program is led by women instructors and is designed for women of all skill levels that are interested in training only with other women. You can expect to see everyone from moms to teenagers and Jiu Jitsu hobbyists all the way to active competitors. The goal of the program is to provide women with a welcoming and comfortable environment to train Jiu-Jitsu. There is a strong emphasis on the community so friends often extend beyond the mats.
This class is for children that are 4 years old. It is intended to provide social interaction while further developing gross motor skills through coordinated movement and play. A gi is NOT used in this class.
This class is for children 5-6 years old and is 45 minutes in duration. It is our goal to introduce our youngest practitioners to the gentle art in an engaging and educational way. Basic fundamental Jiu Jitsu skills are learned through games and techniques. Children in this class can expect to improve their motor skills, increase their attention to detail, and build positive relationships with their peers and instructors.
Gi and No Gi classes each week. Ages 7–9, develop essential Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals through step-by-step instruction, drilling, and age-appropriate games. This class builds confidence, body awareness, good listening skills, and teamwork.
Gi and No Gi classes each week. A structured Jiu-Jitsu class for ages 10–14 focused on strong fundamentals, technical growth, and developing disciplined training habits. Students build confidence through drilling, controlled sparring, and age-appropriate challenges.
Gi class, Lacey location only. An advanced Jiu-Jitsu class for ages 7–14 (grey-white belt and higher or invite from Professor James) focused on sharper technique, stronger transitions, and developing strategic thinking. Students work on complex drills, controlled sparring, and refining the skills needed for higher-level training
