Adult Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Fundamentals/ All levels: This class is great for everyone and will focus on the fundamental concepts and movements of Jiu Jitsu. It will provide the foundation upon which everything else is built.
Int/ Adv: A student MUST have at least two stripes on their white belt before attending OR the instructor’s approval. This class covers advanced Jiu Jitsu techniques and positions that build upon the concepts introduced in the fundamentals class.
Adult No-Gi: A no-gi Jiu Jitsu class follows the structure of an advanced class minus a gi (traditional Jiu Jitsu uniform). It is practiced in grappling shorts and a rash guard. A solid grasp of the foundational principles of Jiu Jitsu is needed as this class is fast-paced and more rigorous.

BJJ will help you overcome fear, anger, and self-doubt. By empowering your body and mind with the skills to defend yourself and hold your own, all of our students are able to face their fears and walk a little taller and more confident after every class.

Because BJJ predominately requires a partner during training, you quickly build bonds based on trust and respect with fellow students. Everyone likes the thrill of winning but it is in the humility of losing that students find themselves relying on the support of others to push through and continue on their journey.
